摘　　要：文件转化为档案的条件是档案形成规律研究的重要组成部分。本文探讨了在电子文件向电子档案转化过程中 ,传统文件转化为档案的三个条件中是否仍然适用的问题。The conditions that transfer the records into archives are important parts in studying law of forming the archives. The article explores whether the three conditions that transfer the traditional records into archives are still suitable in the process of transferring the electronic records into electronic archives.
