摘 要:追求顾客满意是现代企业对市场竞争本质的深刻认识 ,其实质是创造忠诚顾客 ,实现企业的长期盈利。产品是联结企业与顾客的纽带 ,企业应当为顾客创造产品的价值 ,从顾客的需求和利益出发 ,以顾客的价值评价尺度对产品进行设计 ,不断地开发出功能优化和附加值高的产品。通过向顾客提供满意的产品 ,使顾客对企业产生忠诚感 。Managers have a deep understanding that modern enterprises pursue customers' satisfaction with their products in a market with fierce competition is crucial for an enterprise to achieve its long-term interest as it will create honest customers. As a product is the link between an enterprise and its customers, an enterprise should first focus on the need and interest of customers in the product design and development new products with high additional value. If an enterprise can supply qualified and satisfactory products, both customers and the enterprise will benefit much from those products.
