摘 要:进行了药物764-3对小鼠离体肺毛细血管生成率影响的研究。肺组织块用10—25 Gy 8 MeVX线照射,孵育后在倒置显微镜下测定的毛细血管生成率,结果显示,随照射剂量加大,毛细血管生成率下降,照射加药组各剂量点的毛细血管生成率高于单纯照射组,表明药物764-3对X线照射后引起的小鼠肺毛细血管生成率下降有一定预防作用。The damage of pulmonary capillaries is closely related with the formation of pulmonary radiation fibrosis. The effect of drug 764-3 on capillaryradiation damage by measuing capiliarial forming rate (CFR) was studied. The lungtissue cubes of mouse were radiated in vitro by graded doses of 8 Mev X-ray,ranging from 10--25 Gy. After irradiation the tissue cubes were incubated in 37℃5% CO_2 incubator, with or without drug. Cultured medium with 5 mmlo/L drug764-3 was used for of each dose point fo the treated group. Six days later, the CFRwas measured. The CFR decreased with the increase of radiation dose, while in thegroup treated with radiation and drug CFR was higher than radiation alone. Itsuggested that drug 764-3 showeda protective effect on the pulmonary capillariesagainst radiation.
