摘　　要：邓小平经济民主思想产生的历史根据是对计划经济体制弊端的反思,理论来源是马克思的自由人联合体、毛泽东的人民民主思想及改革开放的新实践。邓小平经济民主思想的发展经历了探索阶段、形成阶段和完善阶段。The historic grounds of the form of Deng Xiao-ping's theory of economic democracy is a reversed thought to the malpractice in the system of planing economy, but the practical basement is the new practice of the reform and opening up. While, the theory resource is the Marxist combination of free man as well as Mao Ze-dong's thought of people's democracy and the new practice. Generally speaking, Deng's theory went through three stages, such as exploration, formation and perfection.
