摘　　要：纳米科技是一项有可能引起新技术革命的科技,纳米专利"圈地运动"已经开始,国外纳米技术的产业化也已初现端倪。在此,分别从宏观和微观层面上,分析我国纳米行业专利工作现存的问题,并分别提出了建立我国宏观和微观纳米专利战略的建议和措施。Nano-technology is a kind of technology that may ignite another revolution of industry. The nano-technology industry is arising. Patent system and patent strategy is very important to nano-technology. It analyzes the obstacles in the work of patent of nano-technology in respect of government and enterprises. Then it gives the advice and the measures of constructing macro-strategy and micro-strategy of nano-technology patent.
