摘　　要：政府规模扩张已成为当代世界各国行政发展的普遍趋势,招致人们的诸多批评。本文分析了政府规模的扩张及其危害,探讨了政府规模扩张的原因,并借鉴科斯的交易费用论,从理论上探讨了适度政府规模的边界,进而提出了政府规模扩张的治理模式。Expansion of the government's scale has become a common development trend of administration of various countries in the world today and has led to lots of criticism. This paper analyses the expansion of the government's scale and its harmfulness, discusses its reasons, probes into the boundary of moderate government's scale theoretically using Coase's theory of trade cost as reference and then puts forward the patterns of administering the expansion of the government's scale.
