摘　　要：目前,我国处于快速城市化进程中,尤其在浙江省等沿海城市,征地中存在的问题突出。对于这些问题,无论在理论上还是实践中都已做了多方面的、大量的研究,但仍未能得到妥善解决。有待学者们继续努力开拓新局面。Nowadays, China is experiencing the rapid urbanization process. There are many serious problems, out of which how to settle the farmers' life after land requisition becomes a crucial one, especially in Zhejiang province and other coastal cities. A lot of researches have been done both in theory and in practice which still could not solve these problems perfectly. It is expected that scholars work hard to solve these issues.
