摘　　要：针对矿区各种资源的现状,根据矿业市场条件,采用价值法综合评价多金属资源,使近400万t"呆矿"变为可开发资源,提出了矿山资源综合开发和适时联大靠强、"走出去"参与国外资源开发的战略举措,指出矿山企业要牢牢抓住资源这一战略重点,并以实现综合开采、综合回收和跨国开发海外资源为手段,创建企业的可持续发展之路。In the light of the present situation of mineral resources in the mining area and conditions of mineral market, the author adopts value method to comprehensively evaluate the multi-metal resources, so that, a 'poor mine' of 4 million tons is turned into a developable resources, and puts forward such strategies as comprehensively exploiting mineral resources, jointing enterprises to make them strong in due time and making investment in exploiting abroad mineral resources, in order to promote the sustainable development of mineral enterprise.
