摘　　要：目的　选择最佳鼠胰岛的制备方法。方法　采用不同的胶原酶消化法及不连续密度梯度纯化法。结果　Dextran法和Ficoll法分离纯化出胰岛细胞成活率无明显差异 ,且价格相差数十倍。Objective To choose the best method of preparation of adult rat islets.Methods Different techniques of collagenase digestion and discontinued density gradient centrifugation were used for the islets preparation.Results There were not apparent difference between Ficoll and Dextran in purification of rat islet and Dextran is one tenth of Ficoll in price.Conclusion Dextran can replace Ficoll for this purpose.
