光倒刺鲃卵巢发育的初步研究

摘　　要：经激素处理和生态调控的光倒刺 ,能够完成卵巢发育的全过程。按照形态学特征将卵巢的发育分为 6个时期 ,依组织学特点将卵巢的变化分为 5个时期。大多数雌体在 3～ 4龄性腺发育成熟 ,雌鱼最小成熟为 3龄 ;繁殖期 4～ 9月 ,为多次产卵类型 ,繁殖时不能将卵完全产出 ,完成第一次性成熟并产卵的光倒刺 ,卵巢逐步由第 3期发育至第According to the morphological and histological features, the gonad development in Spinibarbus hollamdi can be divided into six stages, and the change of female germ cells can be divided into five phases. The majority became sexually matured at the age of 3 and 4 years old under environmental and hormonal manipulations in pond conditions. The spawning period last from April to September. This fish spawns repeatedly in the whole year and not all of mature eggs in the ovary could be laid out during spawning. Ovaries of spawned individuals grew from stage Ⅲ to stage Ⅳ.
