摘　　要：完备的较高的宪法意识是走上民主宪政道路、实现社会主义国家法治化的必要前提。从宪法意识的经济后盾及宪法实用性、宪法研究与宣传教育诸方面入手,培养公民宪法意识、贯彻宪法至上的观念、推动宪政思想,不无积极意义。Complete awareness of the Constitution is the precondition for ensuring the democratic constitutional governmentas well as for realizing governing by law. This article puts forward proposals for raising citizens' awareness of the Constitution interm of finance, practicality, research and education.
