摘　　要：实践与教学之间的人员交流不畅造成了目前公安教育存在滞后性,就其根本是公安教育师资建设存在的问题,解决的办法只能依靠公安教育体制的改变,建立良好的公安师资人才培养和使用机制。The impediment in the exchange of teaching and practical personnel has resulted in the lag behind of publicsecurity education. The fundamental problem lies in the teacher development mechanisms and the solution in the reforming ofthe old mechanisms and in the establishment of new ones.
