摘 要:本文回顾了我国红萍养殖、品种引进及红萍种质改良等方面的先期研究。较详细介绍了福建省农科院红萍研究中心在红萍种质改良与育种方面(包括有性杂交育种、萍藻重建共生体、辐射诱变育种、回交育种等)所作出的努力。对回交萍优良株系MH3—1的种性特征作了描述。未来红萍育种应注意选育饲饵料型、耐盐型、高富集型的红萍品种,在上述已采用的红萍育种方法基础上再结合抗虫基因导入、原生质体杂交融合以及基因电击法等技术,可望使红萍育种取得更有效的成果。This paper reviewed the earlier studies on Azoola cultivation, germplasm introduce and improvement in China. An effort made by National Azolla Research Center of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences at germplasm improvement and breeding of Azolla including sexual hybridization of Azoola, re-establishment of Anabeana azollae with Anabaena free Azolla, radiation improvement of Azolla, back-cross breeding and characteristics of its progeny MH3-1 have been detailed. The authors also proposed that, more attention should be made on selecting fodder-using, salt-tolerant and rapid absorbing azolla varieties in further azolla breeding. In addition of above-mentioned methods, the introduce of pest-tolerant gene to Azolla, fuse of protoplast of Azolla, and gene transfer by electronmanipulation are recommended in order to obtain more effective achievement in Azolla breeding.
