科尔沁沙地生态足迹分析——以内蒙古翁牛特旗为例

摘　　要：应用生态足迹分析方法研究了翁牛特旗地区 2 0a的生态足迹变化 ,并以 1984 ,1993,2 0 0 2年的生态足迹为例进行分析 ,这 3a的人均生态足迹分别为 :0 .4 4 98hm2 /人 ,0 .4 75 8hm2 /人 ,0 .6 6 6 2hm2 /人。结果表明 ,该地区人均生态足迹处于增加趋势 ,与人均生态承载力相比 ,一直处于生态盈余状态。人均生态足迹与人均GDP、人均消费均表现为指数关系 ,拟合系数分别为 0 .94 38和 0 .9398。这说明就本尺度而言 ,翁牛特旗的生态足迹需求对本地区生态系统的可持续发展暂时还未构成威胁。The index systems and evaluation methods of sustainable development are currently the hot research domains in the world. The ecological footprint analysis is one of the effective methods to research the sustainable development. The Wengniut Banner is located in the western part of the Horqin sandland (42°26′～43°25′N, 117°49′～120°43′E), is a typical agro-pastoral ecotone in north China, and its total area is 11 882 km2. It belongs to the temperate continental monsoon climate. The annual precipitation and evaporation are about 330 mm and 3 150 mm respectively, the annual temperature is about 0 ℃ in the western part and varies in a range of 6～7 ℃ in the central and eastern parts, and the frost-free period varies in a range of 90～140 days. In this paper, the ecological footprints in the Wengniut Banner, Inner Mongolia in 1984, 1993 and 2002 are researched. The results show that the ecological footprints in the banner in these three years were 0.449 8, 0.475 8 and 0.666 2 hm2/person. The per capita footprints in the banner are in an increasing trend. There is a exponential relationship between the per capita ecological footprints, per capita GDP and per capita consumption, and the regressed coefficients are 0.943 8 and 0.939 8 respectively. These reveal that the ecological footprints do not threaten the sustainable development of the ecosystems in the banner yet. However, the pressure to the grasslands in the banner is increased with the population growth. Therefore, it is suggested to further take some measures so as to maintain the regional sustainable economic development.
