摘　　要：对奥运科技的相关重大技术领域开展技术分析和评估是科技项目管理的一项重要的基础性工作。本文以技术监测的理论和方法为基础，在大型科技文献、专利数据库和互联网环境下对奥运科技的相关重大技术领域开展技术分析和评估。并以2000年悉尼奥运科技为例，建立了悉尼奥运科技的监测框架、监测步骤和具体流程，得出了相应的监测结果。Analyzing and assessing the technologies related to Olympic games is an important part of scientific and technological programs. By consulting full-length scientific and technological literature, patent databases and online information, we analyze and assess the important technologies related to Olympic games by means of technology monitoring. Taking the Sydney Olympic Games in 2000 as an example, we set up the monitoring framework, steps and process, from which we get relevant results.
