慢性阻塞性肺病患者血浆纤维结合素变化的临床意义

摘　　要：检测84例老年慢性阻塞性肺病或肺心病患者及41例健康老年人的血浆纤维结合素,表明老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者的血浆纤维结台索显著降低,与病情程度相平行。血浆纤维结台素水平在一定程度上可反映肺心病患者呼吸的代偿情况,配台血气分析,可作为动态预测呼吸衰竭的发生和恢复的参考指标之一。This article studied the significance of plasma fibronectin in COPD by examination of plasma fibronectin in 84 cases of COPD or the patients with cor pulminale compared with 41 normal aged.The result showed that the level of plasma fibronectin in the patients with COPD were significantly lower than that of control,and paralelled with the severity of disease.The level of plasma fibronectin can indicate the respiratory compensation of the patients with cor pulmonale to a certain extent.With blood gas analysis,it can be used as one of dynamic reference of beginning and return of respiratory failure.
