论加强滇黔桂区域经济的合作与整合

摘　　要：滇黔桂是亟待加快开发的大西南的重要组成部分.毗邻的地理位置与良好的交通条件;丰富且具有互补性的多种资源,以及西部大开发与中国—东盟自由贸易区的启动所提供的外部推动力,是滇黔桂区域经济合作与整合的主要有利条件.建立南贵昆经济区,促进滇黔桂三方在区域经济发展进程中的合作与整合,联合开发国际与国内旅游线路,促进三方旅游业的快速发展.利用"中国—东盟自由贸易区"的建立,加速合作区域的全面快速发展,以及抓住西部大开发的良好机遇,以整体协同的方式与东部地区联动发展,是加强滇黔桂区域经济合作与整合的新思路与有效途径.The Dian-Qian-Gui region is the important component of big Southwest that is to be developed urgently.The location and traffic conditions,the richness resource,the West development policy and the start of free trading district between Chinese and southeast Asia,are the favorable terms to the Dian-Qian-Gui regional economic cooperation.Establishing the Nan-Gui-Kun economic district,uniting developing world and domestic tourist line,grasping the fortune of free trading district between Chinese and southeast Asia and the West development policy,cooperating with the eastern areas,are the effectual ways to the Dian-Qian-Gui regional economic cooperation.
