木棉花乙醇提取物的抗炎作用

摘　　要：木棉花乙醇提取物中乙酸乙酯可溶部分(GA)0.25,0.5g/kg腹腔注射,对小鼠角叉菜性足跖肿胀、小鼠二甲苯耳壳肿胀等炎症模型有较强的抗炎作用,最大抑制率分别为49.1%,66.7%.GA0.2g/kg对大鼠蛋清及角叉菜足跖肿胀模型也有较强的抑制作用,最大抑制率分别达78.3%,56.3%,对大鼠棉球肉芽肿的抑制作用与氢化可的松0.025g/kg相当。Gossampinus malabarica has heen traditionally used to treat malignant tumors of digestive tract. It was found that the ethyl acetate soluble fraction of alcohol extract from flowers of this plant (GA) had anti-inflammatory activity. GA 200～500mg/kg ip markedly inhibited hider paw edema induced by injection of fresh egg white or carrageenin in SD rats or mouse. The swelling of mouse ear induced by xylene and the proliferation of granuloma induced by cotton pellet in SD rats were also inhibited by GA 200～500 mg/kg ip. These results suggest that GA has the therapeutic potential as an anti-inflammatory agent.
