大黄酸对肿瘤坏死因所致胰腺细胞损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的:在于探讨大黄酸是否对肿瘤坏死因子作用下的胰腺细胞具有保护作用。方法:观察大黄酸对肿瘤坏死因子作用条件下体外培养的大鼠胰腺细胞的细胞活率,培养上清中的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、淀粉酶(AMY)和 N-乙酰-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)的水平的影响,并进行了胰腺细胞形态学观察。结果:大黄酸可提高相应肿瘤坏死因子浓度下的胰腺细胞的细胞活率,降低培养上清中 LDH、AMY 和 NAG 的水平。结论:大黄酸对肿瘤坏死因子所致胰腺细胞损伤有明显的保护作用。This study was to determine whether rhein can reduce toxic effects of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)on pancreatic acinar cells.METHODS:We observed the survival rate and morphology changes of acinar cells,supernate concentration of amylase,lactic dehydrogenase and N-Acetyl base-B-D- Glucosamimdase(NAG)in different conditions.RESULTS:The study shows the rhein can appreciably increase the survival rate of acinar cell and lower the levels of LDH,AMY and NAG in the supernatant.CONCLUSION: It is demonstrated that rhein can effectively reduce has apparent toxic effects of TNF-α on pancreatic acinar cells.
