大叶冬青嫩技扦插对比试验初报

摘　　要：运用正交试验对大叶冬青插条木质化程度、扦插时间及扦插基质三个因素进行了比较试验,并进行了添加生根促进剂(ABT)试验,结果表明扦插时间对成活率和苗木粗生长有极显著的影响,插条木质化程度、扦插基质、ABT生根粉处理对成活率有极显著影响,对苗木生长影响不显著.大叶冬青应选择5月底至6月中旬,在砂壤土或砂土上采用半木质化程度插条扦插,扦插前,插条应采用ABT生根粉500×10-6拌泥浆涂切口或100×10-6～300×10-6浸切口12h处理.Comparison test by orthogonal design was carried out on Ilex latifolia lignification, cuttage time and medium with ABT. The result showed that cuttage time had significant effect on survival rate and seedling growth, and lignification, cuttage medium and treatment of ABT had evident influence on survival rate but not on growth. The cutta- ge was better executed from the end of May to the middle of June on the sandy loam or sandy soil with half lignification cuttings treated by 500×10-6 ABT mingled with slurry or soaked 12h with 100 ~ 300×10-6.
