摘　　要：随着网络游戏产业的迅猛发展,网络空间也引发了在法律上属于空白的新问题,网络虚拟财产就是其中之一。网络虚拟财产具有法律上财产的一般属性,同时也具有存续上的非永续性和使用上的非消耗性的独特属性,国外立法对网络虚拟财产都有法律上的保护,我国也应该从立法上肯定这种财产的存在,并加以保护。With the rapid development of the net game, net space has resulted in some problems, which is vacant in law; fictitious property is one of them. Fictitious property has the common attribute of the legal property. It also has some special attributes, such as non-agelong existence and continuation and non-consumptive use. Many foreign countries have stipulated laws to protect it .Our country must recognize this form of property by law and protect it.
