摘  要:在实验室内可控条件下 ,用充气培养的条斑紫菜成熟的壳孢子囊枝作材料 ,研究温度 (5~ 2 0℃ ) ,光强 (5~ 115 μmol/m2 .s)和壳孢子囊枝的密度 (0 .0 75~ 1.70 9mg/ml)对壳孢子放散的影响。结果表明 :(1)在 5~2 0℃范围内 ,壳孢子均可以放散 ,温度越低 ,壳孢子开始放散得越早 ,但高峰期不明显 ,且放散的周期很长 ;2 0℃是最适宜的放散温度 ,放散的壳孢子数量多 ,放散集中。 (2 )壳孢子的放散在低光强和高光强条件下都较差 ,5 7μmol/m2 .s条件下壳孢子放散量多而集中。 (3)壳孢子囊枝的密度影响壳孢子放散 ,低密度条件下壳孢子放散快但总量少 ;密度太高 ,壳孢子放散极其缓慢 ;Studies on the effect of conchospores releasing in Porphyra yezoensis were conducted under the controlled conditions of temperature (5-20 ℃),light intensity(5-115μmol/m 2.s) and conchosporangium density(0.075- 1.709 mg/ml),and matured free conchosporangia cultured with aeration were used as experiment material. The results showed that conchospores could release at temperature between 5℃ and 20℃.If temperature was lower,the initial time of releasing would be sooner,but the peak of releasing was not evident and the lasting time was much longer. The most suitable temperature for conchospores releasing was 20 ℃.The result of conchospores releasing was bad at both low and high light intensity. The largest quantities and the most obvious summit of conchospores releasing were accomplished at 57μmol/m 2.s. Conchosporangium density could affect the conchospores releasing. The initial time of releasing was sooner and the total quantity of conchospores were small under the condition of low conchosporangium density. Long lasting time was needed at the condition of high conchosporangium density.The middle density of conchosporangium had good effect on conchospores releasing.
