福州地区113株淋球菌的质粒和耐药性

摘　　要：对福州地区分离的113株奈瑟氏淋球菌进行了质粒和耐药性的研究,发现86. 7％菌株携带2.6Md隐蔽性质粒,并检见含4.5Md耐药性质粒26株和24.5Md传递性质粒24株。所分离的淋菌69.9％出现耐药现象,其中耐3种以上抗生素占38.1％。对菌株的青霉素耐药现象和耐药性质粒的关系进行了讨论。In the study of plasmid detection and drug-resistance of 113 Neisseria gonorrhea strains isolated in Fuzhou from 1992 to 1993, 98 strains (86.7% ) were found to carry cryptic plasmid(2.6Md); 26 strains had penicillin-resistant plasmid (4.5Md)and 24 strains had transmissible plasmid (24.5Md). It is noticeable that 77 strains(69.9% )had drug-resistance, among which 41 (38.1 %) were multiple - resistant. The relationship between penicillin resistance and R plasmid was discussed.
