摘　　要：介绍了一种基于公用电话网的智能防盗防火报警系统的硬件和软件设计.利用单片机、DTMF信号收发芯片、集成语音芯片等完成智能报警功能.A kind of intelligent alarm system against theft and fire based on public phone net is introduced. The function and design of hardware and software are also presented. Alarm function is completed with single-chip,dial chip and speech chip.
