清营益气复方对家兔温病营分证防治作用的实验研究  

Prevention & Treatment Effect of Qingying Yiqi Fufang to The Ying—feng Syndrome of Epidemic Fedrile Disease in Rebbits

摘　　要：家兔耳缘静脉注入大肠杆菌内毒素制作温病营分证模型,与正常组相比,实验组(对照组)动物血小板及血小板聚集率明显下降(P<0.01);PT、TT 及 KPTT 含量显著升高(P<0.01);脏器组织病理形态学观察见瘀血、出血、微血栓形成以及变性或坏死等病变。腹腔注入清营益气复方的动物与对照组相比,各项指标有明显改变(P<0.01),说明清营益气复方有明显回升血小板数和恢复血小板聚集功能、降低PT、TT 及 KPTT 含量、改善脏器组织病理形态学的损害等功用;而单纯用清营汤效果则较差(P>0.05)。提示治疗温病营分证应注重用益气之法。The animal model of Ying—fen syndrome of epidemic fedrile disease was prepared with rabbits which the coli-endotoxin was injected into the ear vein.Comparing with the normal group, the platelet count and aggregation rate,in the experemental group(control grop),obviously dropped(p <0.01),while the PT,TT and KPTT contents obviously raised(p<0.01).In the pathomorphological observation,the blood stasis,bleeding,microthrombus,degeneration and necrosis were found in the or- gans.In the animals wich Qingying Yiqi Fufang(Compound For Clearing Ying Syndrome and Rein- forcing Qi)was injected into the abdominal cavity,the index above remarkably improved(p<0.01). The results showed that,the compound has the functions of raising the platelet count,helping the func- tional recovery of platelet aggregation,reducing the contents of PT,TT and KPTT,and improving the pathomorphological damage of the organs.Otherwise,the effect in the group,which the single Qingying Tang was used,was not good(p<0.05).It indicated that,putting the strass on the method of reinforc- ing Qi is important for the treatment of Ying—fen syndromc of epidemic febrile disease.
