中药斑褐孔菌对β-受体的阻滞作用

摘　　要：通过28例β-受体亢进症患者一次性口服中药斑褐孔菌片前后心电图的变化、探讨其对β-受体的影响。结果显示因β-受体亢进所致的异常ST—T波经服用斑褐孔菌后均可恢复正常。经与西药β-受体阻滞剂心得安对照,结果相似。从心电图学角度,提示斑褐孔菌具有对β-受体的阻滞作用。The changes of E.K.G.were studied in 28 cases of patients with β—receptor hyper- function syndrome after once oral administration of TCM drug—Suscoporia Punctata(Fr)Cunn Tablet. The effect of the drug on β—receptor was discussed.The result showed that the abnormal ST—T wave, caused by β—receptor hyperfunction,could be corrected by the Tablet.Compared with that of propanolol,the β-receptor blocking agent,the effect was similar.From the point of E.K.G.,it is indi- cated that the Tablet has the blocking effect on β-rcceptor.
