摘 要:按测产水平用分层抽样法对4个品系各取5个样点共20个样点用5种方法测定了油菜角果皮表面积,结果表明:纸样称重法和试验中所采用的圆柱体表面积法的误差变异系数分别为5.8%、5.5%,后者精确度高。这两种方法所测角果皮表面积的差异未达到显著水平。探讨了角果皮表面积变异原因,结果表明:不同产量水平对角果皮表面积变异的影响大于不同品系对角果皮表面积变异的影响。To Selecte 20 observing points according to different rape seed yield levels totally,5 samples for each variety,using different height sampling for rape plant, the surface area of rape pod was measured by 5 methods.Two measurements of them are ZHIYANGFA,relevant to the weight of rape pod,and YUANZHUFA, relevant to the length and diameter of rape pod.The result showed that the CEV(coefficient error variation)of these two measurements were respectively 5.8%,5.5%,and comparatively the latter was more precise,but the difference between them was significant.In search for effect factors to the surface area of rape pod, the results showed that the factor of yield level affects more than that of varieties factor does.
