摘　　要：林业工作的重点已经转向生态建设,原有的资源监测体系已满足不了资源与生态综合监测的要求,需要修改和完善。本文从技术的角度提出了综合监测体系的构建思路,并就监测的任务、方法和技术路线等进行了讨论。Because of some changes of the forestry functions from timber production to ecology construction, the current monitoring system could not meet the demands of the integrated monitoring of forest resources and ecologic conditions. It needs to be revised. A thought on an integrated monitoring system was advanced in this paper. The missions, methods and techniques for monitoring were also discussed in the paper.
