摘　　要：　文章在综述GIS的最新发展技术WebGIS技术的概念、特征和组成结构的基础上,通过分析比较其实现方式(CGI,PLUG-INS,JAVA),探索提出网络GIS数据发布的理想方案,包括网络协议的GIS拓展、WebGIS新型数据模型、相关算法、多源数据集成以及网络化模式(分布式并行处理),最后通过WebGIS浏览器(JAVAAPPLET)予以实现。The paper summarizes the conception, charateristics and framework of Web GIS try to bring forward the best plan to publish spatial data on network by analyzing and comparing the realizing methods(CGI,PLUG-INS,JAVA),including network protocol extend, new data model and its algorithm, complex data integration, and network optimizing method(distributed parallel computing), at last realizes it by a Web GIS browser(Java applet) programming case.
