摘  要:文中通过分析聚合物挤胀成型过程中出现的主要的失效行为 ,包括屈曲、褶皱和胀破等模式 ,研究了不同失效形式的原因及有效避免失效行为的措施。通过理论分析聚合物管坯在成形过程中的屈曲、屈服行为 ,确定了聚合物挤胀成型的成形区域 。Different failure modes of the polymer blanks were discussed including buckling, bursting and wrinkling behavior during the free bulge forming process. Every failure mode has its own mechanism. Loading procedures of PBF are the most important one among the factors that will affect failure behavior of the polymer blanks. Measures to prevent the blank breakage were also investigated. A process window for PBF was constructed by theoretically analyzing the tube buckling and bursting behavior. This provides the foundation of designing the reasonable technical parameters and avoiding the blank failure in PBF process.
