摘　　要：对高效液相色谱中的低相对分子质量型手性固定相进行了综述 ,详细阐述了近年来出现的新型“刷型”手性固定相及其手性识别机理和分离特点 。This review provides an overview of low relative molecular mass type chiral stationary phases for high performance liquid chromatography is reviewed.It focuses on the new brushtype chiral stationary phases obtained by covalent linkage of chiral selectors to supports.In addition,mechanism of chiral recognition,characteristics of separation and applications are also described.
