摘　　要：绿色文化就是环境意识和环境理念以及由此形成的生态文明观和文明发展观。文化不仅具有意识形态特征,同时也是一种生产力,它渗透到现代经济发展的各个方面,构成其内在动力和重要内涵。绿色文化的培育和营造取决于文化产生和发展的机理,现阶段,我们尤须加快绿色文化的培育和营造。Green culture is a kind of environmental consciousness and environmental thought including ecological civilization outlook and civilization development outlook. Culture not only is of the characteristics of consciousness, but also a kind of productivity. It has close relation with all fields of modern economy and is the interior motive force and important contents of modern economy. The cultivation and development of green culture are decided by the mechanism of culture development. At present, we should improve the cultivation and development of the green culture.
