摘　　要：分析了次区域生物多样性保护法律合作的国际因素,认为应构建报告与信息共享、跨界野生动物迁徙法律保护、区域环境影响评价、森林保护预警、建立跨界自然保护区、跨界生物安全预防合作及公众参与等制度。The paper analyzes the international factors of law cooperation system on protection of biodiversity, and points out that we should build information share system, migration law system of crossing border of wild animals, EIA of the region, alarming system of forest protection, cooperation system and participation of the public of safety and precaution of crossing border wilds, and build crossing border natural conserves.
