摘 要:分析了5种高丹草和2种苏丹草的光合特性和同工酶酶谱特征。依据净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度和蒸腾速率4个光合指标的测定结果,综合评定7种供试材料光合能力的强弱顺序为:蒙农青饲3号高丹草>蒙农青饲1号高丹草=蒙农青饲2号高丹草=佳宝高丹草>黑壳苏丹草=白壳苏丹草>健宝高丹草。在分蘖期7种供试材料叶片的POD和SOD同工酶酶带数、酶带位点和酶带强弱均存在着一定的差异,从蛋白质分子水平上为各材料的鉴定提供了重要依据;同一种同工酶酶谱表型在同一植物的不同发育阶段和不同器官材料均表现不同,所获得的酶带遗传信息量比测定单一生育阶段和单一器官材料要大的多,更能系统地反映各供试材料间的遗传差异性。The isozyme zymograms and photosynthetic characteristics of 5 pacesetters (hybrids between Sorghum and Sudangrass) and 2 sudangrasses were analyzed. Based on the results measured by 4 photosythetic indices including net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration , the results of comprehensive evaluation of photosynthesis capability of 7 tested plants showed that Mengnong Qingsi No. 3 >Mengnong Qingsi No. 1 = Mengnong Qingsi No. 2 = Jiabao>Black hull sudangrass = White hull sudangrass > Jianbao. 7 tested plant materials were diffent in the number, locus and intensity of proxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) isozyme bands at tillering stage, which are the important basis for identifying tested plants in protein level; the zymogram phenotypes of a isozyme are varied with different developing stages and different organs of a plant, to analyze and compare isozyme zymograms of tested plant materals at different developing stages and different organs could reflect the genetic differences more accurately to enhance the accuracy of identified result than at only one stage and one organ.
