摘　　要：将统计调优操作法应用于联碱生产中碳化塔的操作，导出了表征碳酸氢钠结晶粒度的出碱液沉降时间与影响因素之间关系的数学模型．并依此模型给出了可用于指导生产实践的操作因素关系的等值线图．In applying the evolutionary operation into the carbonating column, this paper deals with a mathematical model for the relation between the precipitating time or the solids in the outlet soda solution and other factors. And based on the model, the isograms are drawn up so as to select the better operation conditions for the carbonating column.
