摘　　要：对单元出库时整个仓库各部分的工作进行分析，从总控机的角度对整个仓库的单元出库作业从货单到工作进程进行优化处理，缩短各个分系统的辅助等待时间，提高了整个仓库的工作效率，This paper analysises the working states of all parts of the whole warehouse, and gives optimization methods on monitor computer from output menus and working process for the output-unit working manner of the whole warehouse. This method shortens the no-working waiting time, raises the working dfficiency, and makes the material flowing of the whole warehouse better.
