摘　　要：大量医学图像的数字化对基于内容的医学图像检索提出了更高的要求。文章针对医学图像灰度分布较集中的特点,采用基于动态灰度表空间分布信息的方法实现对医学图像的检索,先对医学图像简单分割,动态获取各分块的灰度对照表,通过图像灰度的平均分布坐标来获得空间信息。该方法克服了灰度直方图不能表达空间信息的缺陷,快速、有效地实现了医学图像的相似性检索。The digitalization of more and more medical images has put forward higher requirement on the Content-based Medical Image Retrieval.In this paper,according to the traits of medical images,it proposes a retrieval method by spatial information of a medical image based on dynamical gray bin.First,it takes a simple segmentation in the image,and obtains the dynamical gray bin of each segmented region.Second,it gets the spatial information by computing the space-distributed average gray coordinates.This method makes up for the limitation of the gray-histogram which can not express the spatial information of an image and carry out the similar retrieval availably in medical image.
