摘 要:为探讨人参皂甙Rb1对体外软骨细胞增殖、SOD活性及Ⅱ型胶原表达的影响 ,在成功分离、培养出兔软骨细胞后 ,以MTT法检测软骨细胞活性并绘制其生长曲线图 ,以不同浓度的Rb1作用于H2 O2 诱导后的软骨细胞 ,检测培养液中SOD的活性及Ⅱ型胶原含量。结果显示浓度为 1× 10 2 μmol·L-1的Rb1在第 3~ 5天使细胞增殖加速 ;同样浓度的Rb1还可对抗H2 O2 降低SOD活性及降解Ⅱ型胶原。表明人参皂甙Rb1具有促进兔软骨细胞增殖、增强SOD活性、维持Ⅱ型胶原表达的作用。The objective of the paper is to study the influence of ginsenoside Rb1 on the proliferation, SOD activity and II-type collagen expression of in-vitro chondrocytes. Rabbit chondrocytes were successfully isolated and cultured; the chondrocytes activity was detected by MTT method and the growth curves were drawn; the H2O2-induced chodrocytes were put under the action of ginsenoside Rb1 of different concentrations; the SOD activity and II-type collagen content in the medium were detected. The results showed that on the 3rd-5th days, the ginsenoside Rb1 of 1×102μmol-L1 concentration could speed up the cell proliferation, resist the SOD activity reduction and II-type collagen degeneration induced by H2O2, suggesting that ginsenoside Rb1 functions to accelerate the rabbit chondrocytes proliferation, strengthen the SOD activity, and maintain the II-type collagen expression.
