摘　　要：开发了基于UG的消失模铸造工艺CAD系统。是以UG软件为开发平台 ,在NT操作系统下 ,以标准C为开发语言 ,适用于灰铁和球铁的消失模三维工艺设计系统。该系统提供了添加铸造工艺参数、设计冒口和浇注系统及砂箱布置等功能 ,完成了消失模铸件的全部工艺设计流程 ,并能够输出相关的工艺文件。系统提供了丰富常用图形库和数据库 ,并有强大的计算功能 。A 3-D CAD system for grey iron and ductile iron in lost foam casting was developed based on UG software with Standard C under NT operation system.The system can offer the whole course of EPC technological design with output of correlative 2 D drawing and card,technological parameters,riser system and gating system,castings' arrangement in the mold flask as well as abundant general figure base and database.The system possessed friendly man machine interaction interface and mighty calculation ability.
