摘 要:针对电力系统可靠性原始参数的变化,根据原始参数对电力系统可靠性的影响程度不同,提出了可靠性原始参数的关键重要度的概念及其确定方法。这种算法在分析元件故障率和修复率对其可靠性原始参数的灵敏度的基础上,进行系统可靠性指标对元件可靠性原始参数的灵敏度分析,从而推导出确定原始参数的关键重要度的计算公式。通过获得元件可靠性原始参数的关键重要度信息,快捷、有效地确定系统的薄弱环节,并确定系统的增强性措施以进行可靠性优化。利用提出的算法对500 kV交直流混合输电系统进行了分析,结果验证了算法的实用性和有效性。The definition of the importance of original reliability parameters and the associated algorithm are presented. This algorithm focuses on variations in original reliability parameters, and the original reliability parameters influences to the reliability of power systems. The algorithm analyzes the sensitivity of component failure and repair rates with respect to variations in original reliability parameters, and the sensitivity of reliability indices with respect to variations in original reliability parameters. Then the importance of original reliability parameters is calculated. By using the information of the importance of original reliability parameters, the weakness links of the system can be easily found, and the reinforcement and reliability optimizations of power systems can be determined accordingly. Finally, a 500 kV AC/DC hybrid transmission system is presented to validate the application of the proposed method. The results demonstrate that the method is practical and effective.
