摘　　要：提出基于SVG/XML/CIM的变电站自动化工程配置系统的设计与开发,即将可扩展矢量图形(SVG)作为变电站图形和完整配置信息封装为整体的信息载体,在子站侧提供基于SVG及公共信息模型(CIM)设计并封装了完整配置信息的变电站一次引导图、电网地理接线引导图的配置编辑系统,进行电网拓扑、变电站一次引导图、自动化系统(主站、子站、智能电子设备)、通信系统等配置。该编辑系统将与主站实现信息交互,通过Java RMI或简单对象访问协议(SOAP)将子站完成的配置信息远传至主站自动入库,实现了“子站侧图形配置、主站侧免维护”的开放式工程配置系统,并在实践中获得了应用。An automatic engineering configuration system for substation automation in a power system is presented based on SVG/XML/CIM. Scalable vector graphics (SVG) coordinated with common information model(CIM) modeling is taken as the information description and carrier for substation automation in the whole power system, including graphics and configuration information. A configuration tool is developed for substation side setting, which includes the editor for grid connection guidance diagram, substation primary guidance diagram encapsulated with the whole configuration information for grid connection, primary connection, automation and communication configuration. The tool is automatically collaborated with the master station in the dispatching center, through Java RMI or simble object access protocal (SOAP) , and transmits the completed configuration information based on the SVG and XML the scheme for the master station where configuration processing is automatically performed subsequently. Such a development yields an engineering expected system which fulfills the open engineering configuration for manual configuration in substation and automatic configuration in master station, finding application in practice.
