摘 要:根据摩擦搅拌焊接穴FSW雪的固相连接工艺特点,就L2工业纯铝,在FSW焊机上进行大量连接试验穴一次焊透雪的基础上,通过对接头成形特点、微观组织和力学性能等的研究,总结了焊接规范对于焊缝成形的影响,确定了最佳焊接参数。结果表明,当转速在1100r/min时,随焊速增加,接头强度下降不很明显。所以在很大范围内穴40~180mm/min雪均可得到强度较高的接头。其中焊速60mm/min时可得到强度最高的接头,其强度值是母材强度的82%。由此认为,采用FSW法焊接纯铝是常规焊接方法所不能比拟的。according to the solid-state joining principle during fsw welding,this paper investigates the characteristics of joining,microstructures and mechanical properties of fsw joints welded for pure aluminum l2 and the influences of welding parameters on the joint.finally,the optimal welding parameters were established.the results show that the strength of joint reduces slowly with the increment of welding velocity when the tool's rotational speed is at 1100 r/min,so the higher strength joint can be obtained as welding velocity is at the range of 40~180 mm/min.the highest strength value is obtained as welding velocity is at 60 mm/min,and it is 82% of that of base metals.so fsw method is better than conventional welding methods in welding pure aluminum.
