低合金钢焊缝金属中侧板条铁素体数量的预测

摘　　要：讨论了SF的形成和长大,建立了一个模拟低合金钢焊缝中侧板条铁素体组织转变的模型,并用该模型计算了侧板条铁素体组织在低合金钢焊缝组织中所占的体积分数。计算结果表明,计算值与试验值吻合较好。a model was developed for simulating the microstructure transformation of side ferrite in low-alloy steel seam in this paper.by using this model,the ratio of side ferrite volume fraction over the whole low-alloy steel seam was calculated.and the calculation results in accordance well with those reported experimental observations.
