摘　　要：针对HRB40 0热轧带肋钢筋强度不合格的问题 ,采用化学分析、金相检验、实物测量等方法进行了分析 ,结果表明合金元素偏析严重、晶粒粗大、尺寸超差、内部夹杂物缺陷是造成强度不合格的主要原因 ,提出了严格控制主要元素成分、提高钢水纯净度。Aiming at the unqualified strength of HRB400 hot rolled ribbed steel bars, methods such as chemical analysis, metallographical examination and full scale measurement, etc. are adopted to analyze the bars, the result has shown that the main reasons are serious segregation of alloying element, grain coarsening, upper-dimension, internal defect, etc. Then some measures such as strictly controlling main element composition, improving molten steel purity, reducing finishing temperature are put forward to resolve the unqualified strength of HRB400 hot rolled ribbed steel bars.
