芳纶纤维增强橡胶密封板材的配方设计

摘　　要：以拉伸强度为指标 ,利用均匀设计法对芳纶纤维增强橡胶密封板材进行配方设计 ,优选得到了理想的配方。采用模压工艺制备出了优选配方的密封板材 ,并作了性能测试。试验结果表明 ,其各项性能均达到了国家标准 (报批稿 )的要求。The formulating of recipe of the no-asbestos sealing material filled with Aramid fiber was carried out by the uniform design method, according to the results of the transverse tensile test. The sealing material with perfect recipe was manufactured by molding process. The gasket performance tests were conducted, and there is good agreement between the test results and the indexes prescribed in the Chinese national standard.
