缝线法矫正乳头内陷

摘　　要：目的　介绍一种中度以下乳头内陷的矫正方法。方法　采用 8字缝合法或荷包缝合法 ,使乳头、乳晕处基底部周围组织向乳头中底部靠拢 ,使乳头下撑托组织增加 ,并形成一定的疤痕组织衬托 ,使乳头突出。结果　 17例病人 ,15例达到Ⅰ期效果 ,2例 (8字缝合法、荷包缝合法各 1例 )术后乳头内陷再度复发 ,采用切开法Ⅱ期矫正后痊愈。结论　缝合法矫正乳头内陷 ,乳头、乳晕局部无切口 ,操作简单 ,损伤较小。Objective To introduce a way of curing the degree of medium and below crater nipple.Methods Adopting the way of stitching like the shape of character 8 or small bag can draw the basal part of the nipple and mammary areola close to the middle and bottom part of nipple,thus increase the supporting and sustaining tissue under the nipple.This method can project the nipple by certain cicatrix tissue formation.Results 15 out of 17 cases recovered in the primary period,leaving only 2 cases(one was stitched in the 8 way,and the other in the small bag way) in crater nipple relapse recurrences.After being incised during the secondary period,the 2 patients also healed.Conclusion Using suture way can cure crater nipple with no local incision in nipple and little damage.
