摘 要:目的 探讨围生期高危因素对学龄前儿童行为及智力的影响。方法 取 4~ 7岁有围生期高危因素的儿童 74例为观察组 ,正常同龄儿童 12 0例为对照组。采用Achenbach儿童行为量表 ,家庭社会情况及儿童健康情况问卷 ,部分病例并采用韦氏智力量表检查智商。结果 有围生期高危因素的儿童行为问题检出率为 2 4 32 % ,正常儿童行为问题检出率为 11 6 7% ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。两组内向行为问题分值差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,外向问题分值差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。两组智商比较 ,对照组高于观察组 (P<0 0 1)。结论 围生期的高危因素对儿童在学龄前的行为及智力发育有严重的影响。Objective To explore the effect of perinatal high risk factors on preschool children's intelligence and behavior.Methods The observation group consisted of 74 cases of perinatal high-risk infants(4~7 years old),and the control group included 120 cases of normal age-matched children.The questionnaire was composed of Achenbach child behavior checklist,family social condition and children health condition.The intelligence quotient of some cases was examined with Wechsler intelligence scales.Results The rate of children's behavior problem in the observation group was 24.32%,and 11.67% in the control group.The differences were statistically significance(P<0.01).The rate of behavior problem in children with brain damage was 30.76%,and 9.09% in the control group.The differences were very significant(P<0.01).The scores of introversive behavior problem in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the differnce of extroversive problem scores was very significant(P<0.01).For intelligence quotient,the control group scored higher than the observation group(P<0.01),and the no brain damage group scored higher than the brain damage group(P<0.01),the light brain damage group scored higher than the severe brain damage group(P>0.05).Conclusion Perinatal high-risk factors have serious effects on preschool children's behavior disorder and intelligence development.
