摘　　要：目的:应用反相高效液相色谱法测定塞曲司特原料药的含量及有关物质。方法:使用Hypersil ODSC18色谱柱(250mm×4.0mm,5.0μm),流动相为1%磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH值为4.5)-甲醇(15:85),流速0.8mL·min-1,检测波长265nm。结果:线性范围为1～320μg·mL-1,相关系数r=0.999 9。结论:测定方法简便、准确、专属性好并可用于质量控制。Objective:To determine the content and related substances of seratrodast by RP-HPLC. Methods: Hypersil ODS C18 column(250mm×4.0mm, 5. 0μm) was used. The flow rate was 0.8mL·min-1.The mobile phase was 1% H3PO4(pH 4.5 adjusted with TEA)- methanol(15:85)and the detection wavelength was 265nm. Results:The linear range of determination was 1-320μg·mL-1 ( r = 0. 999 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate , and reliable.
