摘　　要：提出了一种基于工控机、数据采集卡和网络的电能质量监测系统,着重介绍了基于同步采样原理的数据采集卡的原理及电压、电流、有功功率、无功功率、谐波、电压闪变等与电能质量有关的参数计算方法,简述了基于 Web的数据库查询功能。Industrial computer, sampling card and network are introduced into power quality monitoring system. This paperemphasizes on principle of data-sampling card based on synchronized sampling and calculation of power quality parameters, such as voltage, current, power, harmonic component, flickering, etc. Inquiry function is briefly described.
