摘 要:目的 探讨在高原吸入液态氧对移居青年血流动力学的影响。方法 将进驻海拔 3 70 0m半年的健康青年随机分为两组 ,每组 2 0人。1组为对照组 ,用XG Ⅲ型血液循环功能自动测试仪检测血流动力学 ;另 1组为实验组 ,以 4L/min吸液态氧 3 0min后检测血流动力学。结果 吸氧组较对照组P ,TPR ,ALT降低明显 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,η,PAWP ,CCP降低非常明显 (P <0 .0 1) ;SV ,mAP ,BK增加明显 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,BV增加非常明显 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 吸液态氧在海拔 3 70Objective To study the effects of inhaling liquid oxygen on hemodynamics at high altitude.Methods 40 young men living at 3 700rn altitude for 6 months were randomly divided into two group, their indexes of hemodynamics were recorded by the XG 3 circulation system function automatic monitor,but the 20 subjects in liquid oxygen group had previously inhaled oxygon (4L/min) for 30min.Results Compared with control group,the P,TPR,ALT, η,PAWP and CCP were decreased ( P <0.05 or P <0.01),but their SV,mAP BK and BV were increased in liquid oxygen group ( P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion Inhaling liquid oxygen could improve the human hemodynamics at high altitude.
